Can I change or update my online order?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes.
However, if you're able to immediately contact us using either the chat widget below or by phone (during business hours), sometimes we're still able to update your address or cancel an order. However, this can only be done if the order is not yet on its way to you. Emails and contact forms don't get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please contact us via chat or call!
We cannot change the items or sizes in your order once it is placed, sorry, but if you give us a call right away we can see whether it's possible to cancel the order.
What if it's too late to update my order?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please let us know and we'll contact our postal service provider to ask that they update this for you or return your delivery to us. If they are able to return to us, we will then contact you to confirm the correct address.

How can I track my order?
Login to My Account and view My Purchases to access your tracking information. Don’t have an account? Create one using the email address you checked out with. Alternatively, check your emails for tracking information. If you select Deliver to Store, you will receive an SMS or email to let you know once your order is ready to collect.
How much will delivery cost?
All orders are free shipping.
My order has arrived damaged or faulty!
Sorry your order hasn't arrived as it should have. Please get in touch using the contact us button below so that we can assist you further.
To speed up the process, make sure you include:

How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number will be included in the emails we send confirming your order and on the information, we sent with your order. Can't find it? Let us know and we can look it up for you.
How will my refund be paid to me?
Your refund will be paid back via your original payment method.
Can I return products that don't meet your returns policy?
No, products returned that don't meet our policy will be sent back to you.
